Filter bag is the core component of the bag filter, It is also the most expensive parts t in bag filter. The filter bag has the problems of oxidation and moisture in the air environment, Therefore, the filter bag should be installed as close as the time of formal boiler ignition , It is usually arranged to start the installation after the boiler lighting up blowpipe.

一 Installation of filter bags

1 Prerequisite conditions for filter bag installation

1.1 After the installation and inspection of the internal steel structure of the bag filter is qualified. Determine there will not be gas cutting , welding and other naked flame operation, otherwise naked flame processing is easy to burn the filter bag.

1.2 The pipe of the ash cleaning system is cleaned with compressed air to avoid the damage of the debris in the pipe by being blown into the filter bag .

1.3After Boiler dry-off oven,flushing pipe then start to install filter bags ,In order not to avoid these processes produce a large number of low temperature, high humidity, high lampblack gas sticky dirt bag, resulting in filter bag block , not easy to clean the bags and increase resistance.

1.4 With the conditions of filter bag pre-coating, that is, the flue system is connected, the fan can start and stop normally, and the fly ash and ash coating equipment are ready.

Have the pre-coating ash conditions of the filter bag, The flue system is connected, The fan can start and stop normally

1.5 Compressed air path is smooth, lift valve , by-pass valve ,Can move up and down smoothly, The low-pressure system in the bag area can work normally.

1.6 Clean the interior of the clean air chamber, Special attention to the oily dust at the edge of the ceiling plate hole that needs to be wiped clean.

The filter bag can be installed only after the above requirements are confirmed.

2 Requirements for on-site carrying, lifting and stacking of filter bags .

2.1 Appropriate measures shall be taken to prevent damage to the filter bags during site carrying, lifting and stacking

2.2 It is strictly prohibited to tie with metal when lifting the filter bag. The lifting process should be stable to prevent the phenomenon of high altitude loosening falling.

2.3 The storage quantity of the filter bag should be the same as that installed on the same day. The site stacking place of filter bags must be dry and flat, and equipped with fire prevention and rain prevention conditions.

3 installation personnel requirement for bags and cages .

The price of the filter bag is high and easy to damage , High installation requirements ,The number of spare parts for filter bags and cages is small and the procurement cycle is long, so careful and strong responsibility personnel are selected for installation. Before installing filter bags and bag cages, relevant construction personnel should be trained .

4 . Installation method of filter bag

4.1 Put the protect sleeve into the ceiling plate hole ,The protect sleeve cloth must surround the edge of the ceiling plate hole.

4.2 Don’t open the filter bag package before it’s arrive clean air chamber, Remove the outer layer of the filter bag, Then make the bottom of the bag advanced into the sheath of the ceiling plate hole slowly put down the filter bag when the bag mouth reach to the ceiling plate hole removing the sheath.

Note: Filter bags are not allowed to bump directly with rough steel structure parts .If the whole package cannot be moved into the clean gas chamber , any place easy touch to the filter bag surface have to use soft cloth wrapped up .It is strictly prohibited to bump into the surface of the filter bag with sharp-pointed of the steel structure.

4.3 After carefully removing protect sleeve,Two-hands bent filter bag snap ring, The outer side groove at bag mouth have to aim at the edge of the ceiling plate hole, make they contact equality and gradually let go. snap ring contact with ceiling plate hole circle tight, tension evenly . at the end ceiling plate hole cannot be fastened at the playback place ,Use a rubber hammer to gently press the periphery to tension . Note : After installation, check whether the filter bag mouth groove is clenched tight .

4.4 After three ( maximum ) rows of filter bags installed must install cage immediately to Prevent the foot step on the filter bag mouth.

Site installation process of the filter bag

Step 1. Before installation, the interior of ceiling plate and air chamber is cleaned. It is best to access the compressed air to blow the dust inside the air chamber into the hopper or turn on the ID fan discharge the dust into the outlet flue pipe.

Step 2. Carry the whole package of filter bag into clean air chamber, must be Whole boxes/package carry in, Otherwise, the filter bag is easy to scratch out.

Whole boxes /package of filter bags are stacked neatly inside the clean air room.

Step 3. Distribute filter bag protect sleeve to workers who will install the bags .The filter bag protective sleeve as shown below picture.

Setp 4、Put the filter bag protection sleeve into the ceiling plate hole

Step 5、Groups of two people put the filter bag into the filter bag protective sleeve.

Step 6、

Put complete filter bags into the ceiling plate hole and then remove the protective sleeve. bent filter bag snap ring by Two-hands .The outer groove of bag aim at the edge of ceiling plate hole.make they contact equality and gradually let go. snap ring contact with ceiling plate hole circle tight, tension evenly.

Make the snap ring groove of the filter bag contact with the edge of ceiling plate evenly. You can hear a sound “bang” it’s means Filter bag mouth has been contact with ceiling plate hole tightly. If haven’t been stuck tightly, You can press it tightly with your hand or use a rubber hammer to gently beat the periphery to tension .The filter bags that are not completely tight are easy to drop after the it put into operation.

Sept 7、From the end of the blowpipe to hole door row after row back installation,this way can prevent workers foot step on snap ring of the filter bag

Step 8、the protection measures should be taken to the filter bag, if cages can’t be installed immediately after the installation of filter bag in time. recommend to use the filter bag packaging paper board, fold into double layers, cover on the filter bag mouth.This is to protect the filter bag mouth from the workers' feet deformation.

Notes: Due to the characteristics of the filter bag , The filter bag is afraid of fire and water,Therefore, in the whole filter bag installation process should always pay attention to protect the filter bag. Avoid the filter bag scuffing by manhole door, bag area girder, nozzle and other places. Try to avoid the installation workers foot pedal filter bag mouth , Workers should be taught to conduct civilized construction, Workers are resolutely prohibited from smoking and defecating anywhere during the installation of filter bags, avoid falling paper, welding rod and other things into the filter bag, if there is falling in, should be taken out in time.

二 Bag cage installation

1. prerequisites for cage installation

1.1Due to long-distance transportation and multiple loading and unloading, the cage should be checked whether there are dewelding, bending deformation, silicone spraying and peeling before installation, and the cage with these defects should be removed and not used.

1.2 Before installation, the water and ash on the surface of the bag cage must be wiped clean

1.3 Prepare the special tools before installation, Special pliers for the docking cage, and smooth steel bars ( welding rod can displace it after removing skin )

2 . carrying, lifting and stacking requirements of the bag cage

2.1 Site carrying and lifting process should be careful gently, to prevent damage to the surface of the bag cage silicone spraying. Do not use the forklift truck when loading and unloading the bag cage on site to prevent damage to the bag cage at the bottom of the packaging box.

2.2 Using packaging frame transfer or lifting bag cage, not allowed to use wire rope directly tied bag cage for lifting, so as not to destroy the silicone spraying on the surface of the bag cage.

2.3 Because the bag cage is very smooth, the lifting process should be stable to prevent the phenomenon of high altitude slide

3 Installation method of bag cage

3.1 When installation, take light gently, not allowed to throw, do not drag on the ground, so as not to destroy the surface of the bag cage silicone spraying and interface clasp ring.

3.2 Bag cage in upper, middle and lower three sections ,Two people should cooperate when installing ,Carefully put the lower section into the filter bag first, left certain length ,Put the steel bar cross through the bag cage,make the lower section hang on the ceiling plate. Then one person holds upper cage in both hands, the other person inserted it into the pin hole .

3.3 After the upper and lower two section bag cage docking ,Check whether the docking is reliable, and whether the plug pin is inserted into the pin hole.

3.4 The complete cage slowly goes down into the filter bag, never quickly impact on the bag bottom. If there is a strange obstruction, find out the cause before getting in.

3.5 Check the contact of the cage cover with the ceiling plate,The contact between the cage cover and the ceiling plate should be well. If there is a large loosening, the reason should be carefully checked.

3.6 After the filter bag and bag cage are installed , check the bottom spacing distance of filter bags, Rotating bag cage in the clean air chamber to adjust the spacing between the bottom ends of the filter bag to ensure that the bottom of the filter bag does not collide with each other.

3.7 After finishing installation of filter bags and cages, all the packing boxes, membranes, installation tools and other substances must be taken out of the clean air chamber, and objects are not allowed to fall into the installed filter bag cage. If accidentally fall into, should be taken out in time.

Installation process of bag cage:

Step 1、Bag cage in upper, middle and lower three sections ,Two people should cooperate when installing ,Carefully put the lower section into the filter bag first, left certain length ,Put the steel bar cross through the bag cage,make the lower section hang on the ceiling plate. Then one person holds upper cage in both hands, the other person inserted it into the pin hole .
