MC-II Pulse Bag Dust Collector
Introduction
The MC-II type pulse bag dust collector is an improved new-type high-efficiency pulse bag dust collector based on the MC-I type. It retains the advantages of the MC-I type dust collector such as high dust collection efficiency, large air volume handling capacity, stable performance, convenient operation, long filter bag life, and less maintenance work.
Moreover, it has carried out reforms both structurally and on the puls valve, solving the problems of outdoor installation and low compressed air pressure.
This series of products can be widely used in dust collection systems for mining, electric furnace smelting, machinery manufacturing, chemical products, cement building materials, grain processing, and other industrial enterprises with dusty and smoky conditions.
The material for the filter bags of the dust collector generally uses polyester felt, allowing continuous operation at temperatures <120°C. If the filter bags use Metas high-temperature needle felt, the permissible operating temperature can reach 204°C.
If the exhaust gas temperature exceeds the allowable temperature for the filter media, cooling measures should be adopted before the gas enters the dust collector.
For cold regions or when the flue gas temperature is below freezing point, this series of dust collectors requires an added heat insulation and heating device, with corresponding changes made to the shell.
Features
Structural Composition
Principle of Operation
When dusty gas enters the dust collector through the inlet port, it first enters the ash hopper. At this point, the airspeed slowsdown, and due to inertia, large particles of dust fall directly into the ash hopper, serving as a pre-dust collection function.
The airflow then turns upward and passes through filter bags mounted on metal frames inside the device. Dust is captured on the outer surface of the filter bags.
Purified gas enters the upper clean room of the filter bag chamber, converges at the outlet, and is discharged.
Dust gas through the filter bag purification process, with the increase of time and accumulated on the filter bag dust more and more, filter bag resistance increased, the air volume gradually reduced, for normal work, to control the resistance within a certain range (120-150 mm water column), must clear the filter bag, ash by the pulse control successively trigger the control valve to open the pulse valve, the compressed air by pipe into the corresponding filter bag, filter bag instant sharp expansion, make the product on the surface of the filter bag dust off, the filter bag regeneration.
Clear the dust falls into the ash bucket, and it is discharged from the body through the ash discharge system. Therefore, the dust attached to the filter bag can be pulsed to clear the ash periodically, so that the purification gas can pass normally and ensure the normal operation of the dust removal system.
