Filter paper features:
The tensile strength is large and the coefficient of variation is small. The advanced web forming process and forming reinforcement are used to strengthen and stabilize the tensile strength, and the initial strength and the use strength are consistent.
High filtration precision and high efficiency. The combination of polyester fiber and poly polymer film can be used to meet the user's specified precision requirements. The filter material is not corroded by the cutting fluid and does not change the chemical properties of the cutting fluid. It can be used normally in the range of -40ºC~120ºC.
The selected filter material can withstand the mechanical force and temperature influence of the filter device, and the wet rupture strength of the filter material used for the cutting fluid will not decrease.
The filter material is required to have a large void ratio, a small filtration resistance, a large throughput, and a strong dirt holding capacity, which can improve the filtration efficiency, prolong the service life, reduce the filter material consumption, and reduce the filtration cost.
